A consultation will help us create a plan of action for the athlete. In this consultation session, we will discuss the athlete’s strengths and weaknesses, while ultimately figuring out the course we will take to achieve their goals

Pick a package

Once we have completed our consultation session, it’s time to take action. Athletes will choose a monthly workout session package. These packages will give the athlete the opportunity to train one, two, or three times per week.
